Justin Timberlake Says Friends with Benefits is Real Concept

Justin Timberlake says his latest movie, "Friends with Benefits" is as real as it gets, but declines to over romantic advice based on his own experiences.Timberlake sat down with Hollywood Reporter earlier this week to discuss his new film, "Friends with Benefits" and denied that he thought of the film as being "raunchy." Rather, he noted that the subject matter of the movie is as real as it gets. He said, "I just feel like it?s a real one. That?s what we were trying to do, trying to make these characters as real as possible so when you put them in these awkward situations, you feel closer to them." Timberlake was very forthcoming about the film, and was his usual witty, silly self in the interview.

He noted, "And honestly with some of the love scenes, we tried to pinpoint things that we felt like people would say, ?Oh my God this happened to me, but I never talked about it.? And our characters, because of the scenarios, they talk about it and it makes for a funny movie." Timberlake was also asked if he could offer any advice for anyone out there looking to end a relationship like he had in the movie, a so-called "friends with benefits" relationship. He joked, "I think it?s pretty obvious I should not be giving anybody love advice. Yeah, listen to a single male. Yeah, that?ll work out."

Justin Timberlake, of course, is unmarried and has had his share of high-profile relationships. He recently broke up with Jessica Biel and is available. Speaking of which, in the movie he sings to co-star Mila Kunis in bed, but admitted that he would not do such a thing in real life, noting, "I think it?s almost too predictable for me to sing. I?ll try something else. I?ll make her sing. No, I wouldn?t do that." When it was pointed out that he may make a girl nervous by asking her to sing, he replied (jokingly, of course), "I?d only by judging her cause I judge. I?m judging. I?m a constant judger. I?m a very judging person.
